To reserve a rabbit, a non-refundable deposit is required and will be applied toward the total purchase price.

Deposits must not be sent until the deposit form has been completed and officially approved. Any payments sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Deposit Amounts

  • Local Pick-Up: A deposit of 50% of the purchase price is required to reserve your rabbit. The remaining balance is due at the time of pick-up.
  • Transport / Non-Local Buyers:The full purchase price is required upfront to reserve the rabbit. This full amount is considered the deposit and is non-refundable.

Non-Local Customers: Transport must be fully arranged and confirmed prior to submitting the deposit form or placing a deposit.

Deposit Terms

  • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances if the buyer chooses not to complete the purchase.
  • Deposits are not transferable to another rabbit.
  • Rabbits will not be held without an approved deposit in place.
  • Payments must be final; buyer protection options (such as purchase protection toggles on Venmo) are not accepted.

In the Event of Unforeseen Circumstances

If something were to happen to your rabbit while in our care, you will be offered either:

  • full refund, or
  • The option to select another rabbit of equal value, if available

After Placing a Deposit

All buyers are expected to promptly follow through with their previously arranged pick-up or transport plans and maintain communication regarding timing and coordination.

Our baby rabbits are ready to join their new homes at 8 weeks of age and should be picked up or placed on transport between 8–10 weeks.

If you need your rabbit to remain in our care beyond this timeframe, arrangements must be made in advance. Extended stays are available at a rate of $50 per week, paid upfront and non-refundable. This reflects the continued care, grooming, and space required to maintain each rabbit’s well-being.

As space is limited, we are unable to hold rabbits indefinitely. If a rabbit remains past 10 weeks without prior arrangements and paid boarding, the deposit will be forfeited (for transport reservations, this is the full purchase price), and the rabbit may be offered to another home.

Local Pick-Up

An estimated pick-up timeframe will be discussed at the time of reservation. Pick-up takes place in Kissimmee, FL at a public location, unless otherwise arranged.

Please bring a secure, appropriate carrier for your rabbit’s journey home.

If a specific pick-up date has not yet been finalized, you will be contacted shortly after your rabbit reaches their ready date. We kindly ask for timely communication—if we do not receive a response within 48 hours, or if a scheduled pick-up is missed, the deposit may be forfeited and the rabbit made available to another home.

Transport

Transport plans should be arranged and agreed upon at the time of reservation. We work with a variety of experienced animal transporters and are happy to coordinate with your chosen service once details are confirmed.

For the comfort and safety of the rabbit, shorter transport timelines are always preferred.

Please note that transport services are independent, and buyers are responsible for arranging, coordinating, and covering all associated transport costs. While we will ensure your rabbit is prepared and delivered to the transporter at the agreed time and location, transport arrangements and fees remain the responsibility of the buyer.

If you are interested in receiving a pedigree with your rabbit, please let us know at the time of reservation so we can confirm availability for that specific bunny.

Each rabbit goes home with a small bag of transitional feed and a care guide to help with a smooth adjustment.

When applicable, pedigrees will be provided as a printed copy at pickup. A digital version can also be sent within 48 hours upon request. For transport homes, pedigrees will be delivered digitally via email or Facebook Messenger.

Please note, that even though my bunnies have pedigrees, that does not necessarily mean they are showable if you plan on showing your rabbit. Most of my lines are vienna carriers and are more for pet or breeding homes.

Your English Angora may arrive partially or fully trimmed prior to going home. This is done to maintain cleanliness, comfort, and overall ease of care.

  • Around 8 weeks, a sanitary trim underneath is typical
  • Between 8–10 weeks, this may include a light overall tidy trim
  • For extended stays beyond 10 weeks (by prior arrangement), a more thorough trim or full shear may be completed

Additional grooming may also be required prior to transport.

We recommend regular grooming moving forward, especially in areas prone to matting and around the eyes, mouth and behind the ears. For those maintaining a full coat, please note that wool will regrow fully within approximately 3 months. Please refer to my Bunny Care Page for further information.

We do our best to accurately determine the sex of each rabbit; however, identification in young rabbits can be challenging prior to 12 weeks of age.

We strongly encourage you to confirm the gender at the time of pickup. While we strive for accuracy, it cannot be guaranteed, and we are unable to offer refunds or adjustments once the rabbit has left our care.

All rabbits are sold in good health at the time of departure. We encourage buyers to carefully examine their rabbit at pickup to ensure satisfaction.

Once the rabbit leaves our care, we are not responsible for any health or behavioral changes that may occur.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once a rabbit has been picked up or released to transport.

Submission of a deposit or full payment and deposit form confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this sales policy.
